These Mobile Messaging Terms describe how Rapha Maya, LLC (“Rapha Maya,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) sends and receives SMS/MMS messages at 989-279-0400 using GoDaddy Conversations. By opting in to receive texts from us, you agree to these terms. Program Overview

• Number & provider: 989-279-0400 via GoDaddy Conversations; 10DLC (local US number). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Cost: Message & data rates may apply.

• Consent: Consent to receive texts is NOT a condition of purchase.

• Opt‑out & help: Reply STOP to cancel (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT). Reply HELP for help.

Program A — Order & Shipping Alerts (Transactional)

Status: Active when you provide your number during checkout/support or ask us to text you. Purpose: order confirmations, address clarity, tracking updates, and temperature‑sensitive shipping choices (e.g., insulation/gel packs, temporary weather holds for heat or freezing, or expedited service options).

Frequency: As needed per order.

Territory: U.S. shipments only (incl. AK/HI); we do not ship internationally at this time.

Addresses: Street addresses only; no P.O. boxes (policy-level constraint).

Program B — “Hot Drops” (Marketing)

Status: Optional and requires explicit opt‑in. Purpose: occasional limited‑time/limited‑quantity product announcements (“Hot Drops”).

Data We Process for Messaging

We process your mobile number, message content, and delivery/reply metadata (timestamps, carrier, status) to operate the program, maintain opt‑in/opt‑out records, and for compliance and troubleshooting.

Retention: kept only as long as needed for support/compliance, then deleted or de‑identified.

Eligibility & Your Responsibilities

You must be the account holder or have the account holder’s permission for the number provided. Keep your contact details current. Standard usage limitations and acceptable use rules in our Terms apply.
